When I first contacted Blue Pine Construction I got the feeling that I was dealing with a professional company. When I met with Mike to go over the specifications for the project, my initial impression was confirmed. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He provided some good suggestions for my new workshop as well as letting me know about any code requirements that we will need to consider.

Blue Pine provides a customer portal which is not only a valuable communications tool but also has features such as change order processing, invoice payment and scheduling. The Daily Log is a great way for Blue Pine to show the progress of the project. Each day Mike posts a summary of the work that was completed as well as pictures of it.

All of the people who worked on my project, both Blue Pine employees and subcontractors, were not only skilled at what they do but also very personable. I always felt welcome to stop by and see how things were going.

How things went, was outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done. From the concrete finish to the electrical work and everything in between, there is nothing I look at and wish it had been done better. It seems to me that Mike takes pride in providing the customer with an outcome that they are very happy with and makes sure he hits that goal.

Blue Pine Construction remodeled our old windowless standard Shower/Tub bathroom into a most wonderful walk in shower space. The project included opening up the ceiling to natural light via skylight. Blue Pine Construction completed our huge backyard project that includes a large covered patio cover, storage unit, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and fire pit. We reached out to Blue Pine based on a recommendation from a friend and we are SO grateful we did. We were hoping to build onto our house but with a tri-level, we weren’t sure how or if it would work. When Mike and his team came to our house for an initial consult, not only did they explain possibilities that would be feasible for our space and address how to make some of our requests happen, but their estimate came in lower than we expected and we were able to add on an additional part to our project. In the end, we added onto our master bedroom, built a master bathroom and walk-in closet, expanded our lower level living space and added a bedroom, and added on a three season sunroom. Because the project stayed within the initial budget, we ended up adding new floors across the whole house and a concrete patio in our backyard as well.

As if the scope of our project wasn’t big enough, Blue Pine accommodated our pregnancy and moved up the entire project deadline by several months to complete it by the time we had our baby. That speaks to their professionalism, ability to meet deadlines, work within the confines of our budget, and their overall character as humans. They were communicative and supportive throughout. Honestly, we loved everything about Blue Pine and will not only use them for any future projects we have, but also recommend them to anyone else looking for construction or house projects.
